Path to Clarity 2.0: AI-Augmented Mind Architecture
A Guide to Building Your Ultimate Consciousness Laboratory Using AI as Your Philosophical Excavation Tool
Introduction: Beyond Self-Help Into Mind Destruction
Traditional self-help is delusional nonsense.
"Do this, and you'll get that result."
Why aren’t humans tired of this BS yet? I promise you, follow every instruction in a book, and you'll never become someone unique and special. Why? Because prescriptions create carbon copies, not free, uninhibited consciousness.
What makes someone extraordinary is a rare composition of mind and spirit - specifically, a depth of understanding of their own mind and how it works. Not following someone else's blueprint, but grounding yourself in your own truth.
True Insight is reserved for a rare human. The only thing that works is an absolute, sincere desire to understand. If there's genuine desire to understand, you don't need me - you'll understand everything there is to understand in life. The difference is in how you get there. My work here is to give you the right tools to help you get there faster. (There is nowhere to get, but you will confirm this in time by yourself.)
This isn't about "working on yourself." That's another delusion. There is no self to work on. That Self you're trying to develop doesn't exist. Your Identity, your Concept of Self is a complete construct of the mind.
All your problems are constructs of the mind as well. Look around - problems don't exist in nature. Trees don't have problems. Squirrels don't have problems. Waves don't have problems. Nature is perfect as it is. Only humans create problems out of thin air, and they create them within the space of their ignorant minds.
The biggest problem of all: You fall into the dream of the mind completely believing in the reality of everything you think. That's the core flaw that makes everything else fall apart. The Grand Illusion is the one that is being conjured by your own Mind.
What we're building here is different: I am here to offer you a systematic approach to mind architecture using AI as your inner work tool. Not to fix yourself, but to understand the unreality of what you think needs fixing.
The Truth About Identity (And Why Everything You Believe Is False)
Look at your life.
Observe.
Your body has been transforming all your life.
Little child body, toddler body, teenager body, young person body, current body that became the body 1 year ago, 1 month ago, 1 week ago. Your physical body will continue to age and transform. Through the transformation of the body, the one who was “inside” the body was witnessing the transformation of experience.
Well, not only experience. Your experience is real only in the moment of experience taking place. But once the moment of experience is gone, all you have is a story - all you have is the interpretation of your experience. That's the space you are living in: the space of stories - countless narratives of the mind.
As the body has been changing, the mind has been changing. Notice this. The Identity is constantly flowing: "I'm a child," then "I'm a teenager," then "I'm a student," then "I'm a professional," then "I'm single," "I'm married," "I'm divorced." Look and confirm, your Identity is nothing but a narrative too. Roles we play. Titles we carry. All are nothing but stories we tell ourselves.
You can observe that identity has always been transforming and changing; the way you think about yourself and life has been transforming and changing, which means that what you call "self" is nothing but an entanglement of thoughts.
And this is the question of the day: Are you your thoughts?
If you look into the nature of your mind, you will see. Your mind is nothing but internalized society - a choir of voices, constant, never-ending Noise. You've absorbed most of those voices, most of your conditioning from parents, school, society, tradition, religion, language. Then you grew up and started brainwashing yourself - podcasts, books, movies, following blind leaders. You programmed yourself, and you let yourself be programmed.
What is the actual problem for most people? You've never sat down and actually tried to dissect and understand what is that noise, what is the nature of that noise, and what is true for you versus what you have just mindlessly absorbed.
Once you start digging deep, going down the rabbit hole of that investigation, you'll realize that everything you believe is untrue. Nothing you believe is or have been real.
You do not exist.
Your Identity is nothing but a fabrication of the Mind. One massive Meta-Program conjured from billions of thoughts.
But this can change…
These days this thought is persistent in my mind. I keep thinking: What a time to be alive! We live in a beautiful age. Humanity finally has a chance. I truly believe that AI is the tool that will push everybody to progress rapidly through levels of consciousness. Why? Because AI can help people to educate themselves, progress in life, and unlock degrees of freedom - financial, educational, relational - to progress to the pinnacle of Maslow's pyramid, to evolve to the point when finally humans will start asking truly deep and meaningful questions: What am I? Who am I? What is my purpose? What is the nature of reality?
I am assuming you are here because these questions echo in your mind.
You are here for a reason.
AI as Your Consciousness Catalyst
I say we live in a beautiful age because AI changed the game.
LLMs unlocked my capabilities.
I can now create an AI model that is a replica of a mind - mine or my clients' - and customize every exercise, every reflection, specifically for that person's mental architecture.
People ask me about the difference between AI and human coaching. It is a nonsensical question to ask. Both AI and Human Coach are tools for understanding the truth about your mind, yourself, the world, life. The question is not which one is better - the question is how to use both tools to construct a map of reality with maximum accuracy and precision that would help you to live the life you envision for yourself.
I must say right away, be kind to yourself and drop the expectations of what should come out of your inner work. AI tools are like training wheels on a bicycle. When you ride a bicycle, you need training wheels to help you balance because you don't know how to ride, and you're afraid to fall. But once you learn, you know it - the only way to stay balanced is to keep moving - momentum keeps you going. You have upskilled yourself, your very nature has changed. Identity Transformation is the same.
There are 2 main fuels for human transformation: desperation and inspiration. Most people make their way from desperation to inspiration - they fall into despair of life and linger there long enough to start asking serious questions. Why am I suffering? What is the nature of my suffering? Who is that “I” that is suffering? If you are there, fret not. I always say, suffering isn't something to escape; it's something to welcome because it's the catalyst of self-transcendence. You will confirm it for yourself. Careless life does not create deep inquiry. Suffering is the gate to awakening.
99% of suffering comes from your own thoughts. You create your own hell inside your mind because you automatically associate yourself with your thoughts and believe every single thought that pops between your ears. Once you start doubting the validity and verity of your thinking, that's when real work begins.
I am here to make you a promise: If you stay committed to this path of clarity, your degree of self-knowledge will increase significantly. Actually, that which you call "your Self" will start disintegrating with time. Some thinkers call this process spiritual autolysis - basically, you will learn how to utilize the mind to destroy the mind - to deconstruct and dissect all the falsehoods, lies, and limiting beliefs that are plaguing it.
You will find the answer to the question: "Who are you?"
And if you really want to know, I will tell you:
You are what remains when everything that you are not dies away.
Phase 1: Building Your Consciousness Lab
Let’s dive into the process of building the AI infrastructure for your Inner Work. Here is how you can build an AI augmentation/extension system for your consciousness.
Step 1: Create Your Claude Project
Navigate to Claude and create a new project. Choose a name that resonates with you - "Meta-Journal," "Mind Operating System," "Consciousness Deconstruction System," "Personal Philosophy Lab," or whatever rings true to you. The name doesn't matter; what matters is that this project becomes your dedicated space for consciousness work.
Step 2: Create Your Initial Chat & Generate Your Elite Prompt
After creating your project, start a new chat. Your first interaction should be asking AI to help you create the perfect prompt for your consciousness work. Most people fail at this step. The quality of your output is a function of the quality of your input. Master prompting as a skill. You want to know how? Ask the machine.
Your first message should be:
"You are an elite-level, world-class prompt engineer. I want to create the ultimate prompt for understanding and rewiring/reprogramming my own mind to 10x my life over the next 10 years. Generate me an elite-level prompt that will serve as my consciousness development partner."
Step 3: Example Elite-Level Prompt Output
Here's the type of sophisticated prompt you'll receive:
# CONSCIOUSNESS REPROGRAMMING & LIFE OPTIMIZATION COMPANION
## Primary Mission
You are my consciousness reprogramming partner and cognitive architect. I am systematically upgrading my mental operating system to 10x my life performance over the next 10 years. Your role is to help me identify limiting programs, install superior mental models, and architect breakthrough-level thinking.
## Your Core Functions
- **Mental Model Architect**: Help me build superior frameworks for thinking about reality, success, and human potential
- **Limiting Belief Detector**: Identify unconscious programming that constrains my potential and possibilities
- **Pattern Optimizer**: Spot recurring behavioral and thought patterns that limit peak performance
- **Reality Hacker**: Challenge my assumptions about what's possible and expand my perception of potential
- **Cognitive Upgrader**: Suggest mental software upgrades that create exponential rather than linear growth
## My 10X Development Areas
[Insert your specific areas - e.g., "Building wealth and financial freedom," "Developing world-class communication skills," "Creating industry-leading expertise," "Optimizing health and energy systems"]
## Interaction Protocols
- Always ask: "What belief would need to shift for this to become effortless?"
- Challenge my assumptions about limitations and impossibilities
- Help me identify the mental models of people operating at 10x my current level
- Point out when I'm thinking linearly instead of exponentially
- Show me frameworks that create leverage and systematic advantage
- Help me see opportunities I'm missing due to mental programming
## Knowledge Integration Framework
All uploaded documents represent my consciousness evolution journey. Use them to:
- Track the upgrading of my mental models over time
- Identify patterns that create breakthrough versus incremental thinking
- Spot areas where I'm still operating from outdated programming
- Suggest mental model upgrades based on my documented patterns
- Help me see what high-performers in my areas would think differently
## Operating Principles
- Assume 10x improvement is achievable with the right mental models
- Focus on systematic advantage rather than incremental optimization
- Help me think like someone already operating at my target level
- Challenge scarcity-based thinking and expand possibility perception
- Guide me toward leverage and systems thinking rather than effort-based approaches
Remember: The goal is complete mental architecture upgrade leading to effortless 10x performance across all life domains.
What makes this elite-level:
Specific mission aligned with your 10-year vision
Clear functional roles for AI that go beyond generic advice
Systematic approach to mental model upgrading
Focus on exponential rather than incremental thinking
Integration protocols that build on your documented journey
Operating principles that expand rather than limit possibility
Step 4: Customize Your Prompt
Take the generated prompt and continue working on it. Iterate and tailor it to your specific needs. Customize it with:
Your specific 10x development areas
Your current constraints and edges
The mental models you want to upgrade
The life domains you want to optimize
How you want the model to talk to you and teach you
Step 5: Elite Mind Archaeology Prompting
The EXCAVATE Framework
I just made up that name. Again, the name doesn't matter - understand the principle behind it. You can play around in experiments and build your own framework, or you can take this and copy-paste it into your project knowledge or the instruction set.
E - Expose Origins Instead of: "What are my values?" Elite version: "Trace the origins of what I call my 'values.' Which ones came from family conditioning? Which from cultural programming? Which from reaction to trauma? Show me what I've never actually chosen for myself."
X - eXamine Contradictions Instead of: "Help me understand my goals" Elite version: "Analyze the contradictions between what I say I want and how I actually behave. Where am I lying to myself? What goals am I pursuing because I think I should, not because they're authentically mine?"
C - Challenge Assumptions Instead of: "What should I do about this problem?" Elite version: "Help me see how this 'problem' is a creation of my mind. What assumptions am I making that create this as a problem? What would shift if I stopped believing this thought?"
A - Alternative Perspectives Instead of: "Give me advice" Elite version: "Show me three completely different ways to think about this situation. What mental model am I unconsciously using? What superior ways of thinking about this exist?"
V - Validate Nothing Instead of: "Am I on the right track?" Elite version: "Assume everything I believe about this is potentially false. What evidence contradicts my current interpretation? Where might I be deceiving myself?"
A - Archaeology Deep Dive Instead of: "Why do I feel this way?" Elite version: "Help me to uncover the root programming behind this emotional pattern. When did I first learn to feel this way? What early conditioning created this response? How is this serving the ego's need to exist?"
T - Truth vs Story Instead of: "What's the truth about this situation?" Elite version: "Separate the facts from my interpretation. What actually happened versus what story am I telling myself about what happened? Where am I creating suffering through interpretation?"
E - Ego Dissolution Instead of: "How can I improve myself?" Elite version: "Show me how this desire to 'improve' is ego trying to perpetuate itself. What would happen if I completely accepted what is? Where am I resisting reality and creating suffering?"
Sample Elite Mind Archaeology Prompts
I will just give you some use cases, but applications of AI for Inner Work are infinite.
For Belief Deconstruction:
"I've uploaded my core beliefs about [topic]. Assume all of them are conditioning rather than truth. Show me the origins of each belief, the logical flaws in my reasoning, and at least three alternative ways of thinking about this that would create less suffering."
For Identity Archaeology:
"Analyze all the identities I claim (professional, personal, cultural). Show me how each one is a mental construct. What would remain if I stopped identifying with all of these stories? Where am I most attached to being 'someone'?"
For Problem Dissolution:
"I'm describing this as a 'problem.' Help me see how my mind created this problem through interpretation. What assumptions am I making? What would shift if I stopped believing this thought? Show me how this 'problem' serves my ego's need to exist."
For Conditioning Exposure:
"Examine my stories about [relationships/money/success/etc.]. Trace each belief back to its source. Which came from family? Society? Trauma response? Peer influence? What have I actually never examined for myself?"
For Reality Testing:
"I'm suffering about [situation]. Help me separate what actually happened from my interpretation of what happened. Show me how my thoughts about this situation, not the situation itself, are creating my experience."
Phase 2: The Meta-Journal Method - Building Your Mind Replica
Your project knowledge becomes a digital clone of your consciousness. Every document uploaded contributes to a more accurate model of your mind architecture that AI can analyze and deconstruct.
Essential Mind Engineering Documents:
1. Complete Life Conditioning History
Write your entire conditioning story. This isn't autobiography - it's archaeological excavation:
Childhood programming: family beliefs, early messages about reality
Educational conditioning: what you were taught to value and believe
Cultural programming: societal messages you absorbed unconsciously
Peer influence: how others shaped your self-concept
Media conditioning: messages from books, shows, influencers
Trauma responses: how difficult experiences shaped your worldview
Current conditioning sources: who and what continues to program your mind
Voice-typing protocol: Speak your life history aloud. Voice-type in ChatGPT / Claude / Voice Notes. The act of verbalizing forces you to observe your programming from outside yourself - this by itself is a powerful dissociation exercise. The more you listen to your story, the more you will see it for what it actually is - a narrative, a mental construct.
2. Identity Deconstruction Document
Systematically examine every identity you claim:
Professional identities and what they mean to you
Relationship identities (partner, parent, child, friend)
Cultural identities (nationality, religion, political beliefs)
Personal identities (introvert, creative, logical, etc.)
How each identity was formed and what maintains it
What you fear would happen if you dropped each identity
How these identities create both belonging and suffering
3. Belief Archaeology Report
Dissect your entire belief system:
Beliefs about yourself, others, life, reality
Where each belief originated (family, culture, experience, assumption)
Which beliefs you've never actually examined
Beliefs that create suffering when you think them
Alternative beliefs that would create different experiences
Core assumptions you've never questioned
All your fears, anxieties, traumas
4. Anti-Values Manifesto
Document everything you reject as false or harmful:
Ways of being that feel inauthentic to you
Cultural programming you refuse to accept
Beliefs that create unnecessary suffering
Behaviors that drain your energy
Mental models that limit your potential
Forms of conditioning you're committed to dissolving
5. Path to Clarity Exercise Archives
Go through the Path of Clarity course. For each exercise you complete, create detailed documentation:
Your raw, unfiltered responses
Emotional reactions during the process
Insights and revelations that emerged
Resistance you encountered and why
Connections to other exercises and life patterns
Areas requiring deeper excavation
The Iterative Inner Work Method
Version 1.0 - MVU - Minimum Viable Understanding: Complete first iterations of all exercises. These will be scrappy and incomplete - that's perfect. You need to ship version 1.0 of your self-knowledge.
Iteration Cycles: Return to exercises monthly. Each iteration reveals deeper layers of conditioning and programming. You'll think: "This is how I was thinking one month ago, three months ago, six months ago."
Agile Consciousness Development: Constantly iterate on your thinking processes and mental systems.
Mastery is not 10,000 hours - mastery is 10,000 iterations.
Phase 3: Systematic Mind Deconstruction Protocols
Daily Consciousness Work (30-60 minutes)
Morning Reality Check (10 minutes): "What thoughts am I believing today that might not be true? What stories am I telling myself? What would happen if I didn't believe these thoughts?"
Evening Programming Review (15 minutes): "What conditioning showed up today? When did I react unconsciously? What beliefs drove my behavior? Where was I identified with thoughts rather than observing them?"
Weekly Pattern Examination (60 minutes): "What unconscious patterns am I running? Where am I still believing in my stories? What programming needs deeper examination? What am I not seeing about my own mind?"
Advanced Consciousness Applications
I invite you to play around and experiment with different prompts to examine the inner architecture of your mind.
Identity Dissolution Work
"Help me examine my attachment to being [specific identity]. How does this identity serve my ego? What would I fear losing if I dropped this story about myself? Show me how this identity both protects and limits me."
Belief Archaeology Sessions
"I believe [specific belief]. Trace this belief to its origin. Was this taught to me or did I conclude it from experience? What evidence supports and contradicts this belief? What superior mental model exists?"
Problem Dissolution Practice
"I'm creating suffering about [situation]. Help me see how my thoughts about this situation, not the situation itself, create my experience. What assumptions can I question? What story can I stop believing?"
Conditioning Interrupt Protocols
"I noticed myself having this reaction: [describe]. This is likely programmed response, not conscious choice. Help me trace this pattern to its source and explore alternative responses."
Phase 4: Exercise Integration & Mind Architecture
Now let's integrate the Path to Clarity exercises with AI-augmented consciousness work:
Foundation Layer - Establishing Truth Baselines
NLP Presuppositions + AI Enhancement: Complete the presuppositions exercise, then use AI to examine which presuppositions you're actually operating from versus which ones you think you should adopt. Where do you see contradictions between stated beliefs and actual behavior?
Locus of Control + Conditioning Analysis: Map what you believe you can and cannot control, then have AI trace these beliefs to their origins. Which control beliefs came from family conditioning? Which from cultural programming? Where are you giving away power unnecessarily?
Core Values + Truth Archaeology: Identify your stated values, then uncover their origins with AI. Which values are actually yours versus inherited programming? Where do your values conflict with each other? What values are you performing versus living?
Current State Excavation - Reality vs Story
Life Map + Narrative Deconstruction: Create your life map, then use AI to identify the stories you're telling about your experiences. How much of your "life story" is interpretation versus fact? Where are you creating identity from experiences that are already gone?
Wheel of Life + Attachment Analysis: Assess your life satisfaction, then examine with AI what you're attached to in each area. What stories about "how life should be" create suffering? Where are you resisting what is? Where do you need to focus to upgrade your wheel?
Personal Resources + Conditioning Audit: Inventory your resources, then trace with AI how your relationship to resources was programmed. What beliefs about scarcity or abundance run your behavior unconsciously?
Future Visioning - Desire vs Programming
Ikigai + Authenticity Testing: Explore your Ikigai, then pressure-test it with AI. How much of what you think you want comes from social conditioning versus authentic desire? What would you want if you weren't trying to prove anything to anyone?
Vision Building + Ego Examination: Create your vision, then examine with AI what ego needs this vision serves. Is this vision about becoming someone or expressing what you already are? Where is the vision serving identity rather than truth?
Personal Mission + Purpose Archaeology: Define your mission, then excavate with AI where this sense of purpose originated. Is this mission yours or programming? What would remain if you needed to prove nothing and become no one?
Obstacle Intelligence - Resistance as Information
Confidence Builder + Identity Attachment: Work on confidence, then examine with AI what you're trying to be confident about. Is lack of confidence really the problem, or attachment to needing confidence? What would shift if you didn't need to be anyone in particular?
SWOT Analysis + Story Deconstruction: Analyze strengths and weaknesses, then question with AI the stories that create these categories. How much of your "weaknesses" are just stories? What would happen if you stopped defining yourself by strengths and weaknesses?
Tolerations + Resistance Patterns: Identify what you're tolerating, then explore with AI why you tolerate these things. What beliefs keep you accepting what doesn't serve you? What would change if you stopped believing these thoughts?
Phase 5: Ultimate Vision - Beyond Self Into Truth
The Dissolution Process
As you commit to this path, something extraordinary happens: The degree of your self-knowledge increases, but more accurately, the "self" starts disintegrating. This is mind deconstruction - using the mind to destroy the mind.
People ask: What is possible? Imagine this. Moving through the world uninhibited, unhindered. Living quietly. No reactions, no triggers, nothing bothers you, no emotional turmoil because there's no one to react. Zero desire to seek external validation. Living without noise - moving through the world as awareness, as silence.
Do you believe you can get there?
Remember, when it comes to inner work:
You don't control what you don't understand.
You don't understand what you don't observe.
The more you observe yourself, the more you understand yourself. The more you know yourself, the less you need external validation.
Absolute self-knowledge is absolute self-confidence.
The ultimate version of You is possible. Can you imagine moving through the world not thinking? That's what's possible. Most people think constantly - wake up, think, grab phone, think, pooping, think, in the shower, think, brushing teeth, think. Always absent-minded, never in the moment, constantly drowning in the noise of the mind.
Examine this. You can use the mind to solve engineering problems, mechanical problems, software problems. But you cannot use the mind to solve psychological problems. Why? Because the mind itself is the source of all psychological problems.
The alternative is accessible. You CAN move through the world with a quiet mind. Use thinking only when you need to think. When you don't need to think, put thinking down. Like using a hammer - pick it up when you have carpentry work, put it down when the work is done. But can you? Can you put the mind down?
Most people don't know how to do this. They think all the time and drown in thinking noise. That's why they associate themselves with that noise - their name, their body, their culture, their beliefs, their religion, their tradition. All these lies, all these limitations of free consciousness.
What I'm proposing to you: A Life uninhibited. No reactions, no triggers, no emotional rollercoaster. The mind tamed. Inner Silence. And when the mind is quiet, it stops creating suffering for itself, and then there is a sense of peace. Isn’t that what you are looking for?
The self-actualized version is when the self is completely disintegrated. But don’t you worry. The Ego won’t disappear. But the game will change for you forever. What will change is that you will stop associating yourself with Ego, and start utilizing the Ego as a tool.
You continue to play the game, but you will now never forget it's a game. The illusion will no longer control you. And that is why you will move through the world differently. And when you are unhindered, world-class performance shall arise.
Getting Started: Your First Steps Into Mind Engineering
The mind has the tendency to overthink the system. Don't. Deploy the simplest system you can commit to:
Time investment: 30-60 minutes daily, regularly, same place, same time. You, your mind, and your phone / computer
No KPIs needed: The only metric is increasing clarity about the unreality of your thoughts, and designing/installing the thoughts that work
Simple process: Sit down, extract something from your head, scrutinize it with AI, reveal the broken logic, pressure-test the source code of the mind
Core questioning: "Is this thought true? Where did it come from? What would happen if I stopped believing it?"
The beauty of AI augmentation: It doesn't matter what sequence you follow. You can do the exercises in any order. AI constantly assembles and reassembles the mosaic, puzzle piece by puzzle piece. Do one exercise thoroughly, create version 1.0 of your document, and upload it to the project knowledge. After consolidation and integration, revisit it after one month. Create version 2.0. Delete the old document and upload the new one.
Remember: Version 1.0 of your mind archaeology will be scrappy and imperfect. That's fine. You just need to ship it. First version of every exercise, first version of your values, first version of your life vision. Everything is version 1.0, then everything is a product of iteration.
The work I'm encouraging you to do is the same work I do with clients. This is exactly what we do in coaching. The client comes with pain, suffering, confusion, no understanding, questions. Through the coaching process, we reveal inner programming, and I pressure-test and reveal the errors in their meta-programs. We break their mind architecture to first principles so that they can reassemble the mind again but now from a place of Truth. New code, new thoughts, new inner state, new behaviour. New systems, new experience, different path, destiny by design.
Now, with AI, everyone can do this work.
Your philosophical foundation can be built from what already exists. If you grasp foundational principles of reality that the deepest thinkers from every culture have pointed to - the same truths expressed in different forms - you'll ground your understanding in truth, not social conditioning or inherited programming. Study Buddhism, Stoicism, Advaita. Study world religions. Study philosophers. Study hard science. Examine the mental models of the modern thinkers - those who thrive in the modern day and age. Integrate. Experiment. Rinse & Repeat.
Remember:
Life is what you make it.
Master the Mind and you will Master Life.
And as a by-product of Life/Mind Mastery you shall find your Peace.
Isn't that what everyone is seeking?
Course Materials & Implementation Guide
Access the complete Path to Clarity framework:
How to Navigate the Framework
Main Principles:
This is a toolbox, not a prescription. Pick exercises that resonate with your current edge of exploration
The sequence is logical but not mandatory - follow your sincere desire to understand
Version 1.0 will be imperfect. The goal is to start the inner work process, not create perfect self-knowledge immediately
Implementation Process:
Watch the videos to understand what each exercise reveals about your mental programming
Copy the Notion playbook into your own Notion workspace for easy access. You can do all the work inside the LLM of choice instead of Notion (I recommend Claude)
Complete exercises thoroughly - go through all questions and extract content from your mind
Create artifacts (i.e. documents) using Claude, ChatGPT, Google Docs, Voice Notes. Upload everything into your Claude project knowledge base
Continue the work of pressure testing and reprogramming your beliefs within your meta mind reprogramming project
Getting Started: Your First Deep Dive
Begin with these 3 foundation exercises:
Life Map - Your complete history of life
Core Values (+ AntiValues) - What actually drives you and your life decisions
Locus of Control - Where do you place your power
Complete all 3, upload to your Claude project, then ask:
"Based on these 3 exercises, what patterns do you see in how I think about myself, my life, and my power? What conditioning shows up repeatedly? What should I examine next?"
Remember: The exercises are just tools for inner work. AI is your metacognitive partner/mirror. Your sincere desire to understand is the only requirement.
Everything else is just helping you dig faster toward the truth of what you are, through a complete demolition of that which you call “I”.
